PC Tune-Up Service Includes:    - Virus and Spyware Removal    - Hardware Diagnostics and Repair    - Hardware Driver Updates    - Microsoft Windows OS and Application Updates    - New or Replacement Hardware Installation    - General Cleaning Depot Service Only. Changes made to a computer over time, such as adding a printer, a scanner, or installing a favorite game can have a negative impact on the computers performance. These physical changes, as well as changes in how and how often the computer is used may require more resources be made available than the original hardware was designed to provide. At times, small adjustments can make all the difference for keeping your computer performing well. Service is like using a road map, first you must know where you are, and where you want to be to define and maintain a proper course. Knowing where to start and when to stop is the key to providing good service. We start with helping you. We share our knowledge of the impact certain activities can have on the computers performance and of the simple adjustments you can even make to ensure your computer continues to perform well. Note: PC Tune-up services are performed in-shop and on desktop and notebook PC's only. PC Tune-up services are completed within 10 days of receipt of the system. New or replacement part and shippingfees are not included in the PC Tune-up service fee. Systems requiring parts to be ordered will experience an increase in time to complete service. Payment is required in advance of part orders being processed. Pickup and delivery service is a door step service available to residential and business customers located in the Benson, Cary, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Raleigh, and Smithfield North Carolina areas.
