My computer became infected with viruses and malware that severely affected its performance. ROO came to the rescue! Not only did ROO eradicate all of the malicious software, but they downloaded software to keep them away and changed
some of the settings to make it more secure.

Title: Laptop Repair
It all started with my Son forgetting his password. The computer purchased from ECU bookstore was loaded with security login software. To get around it I spent several frustrating days of trying to attempt a restore along with several other fixes. Didn't work and froze up solid. After frustrating Myself, my Wife and Son with my "I can fix anything" man pride and several dollars in the curse bucket :( I quit before I fixed it beyond repair. It was time to give it to someone who really knew computers. Turns out bad hard drive. Another service probably would not have taken the time to find it was still under warranty. The charges for repair to sons computer was less than the $$ I put in the curse bucket. New hard drive, recovered all data, and completely cleaned all the ECU "kool-aid" from the keyboard. Complete and fast service, extremely reasonable.
